Aquatopia Casual Catering exists to fill a gap in the corporate catering marketplace, somewhere between mass-produced take-out meals and full formal catered social events. We aim to help create inspiring, meaningful connections through fine-quality food, offering service for a variety of events, including corporate meetings, luncheons, presentations, holiday parties, team building sessions, information forums, and family social gatherings.
Our Culinary Team
Aquatopia Casual Catering is brought to you by Aquatopia Conservatory’s award-winning culinary team, led by our Executive Chef Marc Vinet. They have been creating exquisite food menus, styling, and service for tens of thousands of event guests at our facility over the past decade. Our team has hosted some of the most prestigious weddings & events in our region, earning Aquatopia a place on Wedding Bells Magazine’s list of ‘Top Ten Loveliest Wedding Venues in Canada’. Aquatopia is thrilled to now bring that same culinary quality & standard of service right to your place of business, with a casual catering menu of delicious, inspiring food choices for those gatherings that require a more relaxed, less formal mood.
Our Garden-To-Table Philosophy
Aquatopia Casual Catering is also proud to support a holistic approach to preparing your meal. Our on-site horticultural team manages a large organic garden & orchard producing vegetables, legumes, herbs, berries, micro greens, and edible florals used in many meals we prepare. And whenever possible, our culinary staff reaches out to support local farms and food producers to ensure that only the freshest, highest quality ingredients make it to your plate.
