Aquatopia Conservatory is a truly unique and one-of-a-kind tropical greenhouse wedding and event space, located only 25 minutes from Ottawa's downtown core.

Along with exclusive access to our venue for your wedding day, our team will be with you every step of the way to ensure that your day unfolds exactly as planned. In addition to our team of wedding experts, you will also receive access to our wedding planning software to help you manage all your wedding day details, including your timelines, guest list, menu selections, floor plans, floral and décor, and many other details that will make your wedding planning a breeze!

At Aquatopia, we know that the party is just as important as the rest of your day! To create an evening that your guests will never forget, we have a state of the art sound and lighting system and A/V technicians who will transform our atrium into a veritable nightclub while maintaining all the grace and elegance deserving of a traditional wedding day.

We are also proud to provide an in-house DJ service that caters to a wide variety of musical tastes and genres, eliminating the vetting process most couples must endure to find suitable entertainment. Our house DJs are talented professionals, who receive rave reviews and know how to keep your guests dancing and feeling good all night long.

Coordination

A wedding coordinator will work with you during the entire planning process including on-site direction and production on your wedding day.
A one (1) hour coordinator assisted ceremony rehearsal at our venue.
Our in-house staff will work collaboratively to ensure the success of your event (executive chef, floral & decor team, bar manager, A/V technicians, and DJ).
Managed set-up and tear-down teams allowing you and your family to focus on one another on your wedding day.
A complimentary night stay at Brookstreet Hotel (subject to availability).
Coordination of any outside vendors (officiants, photographers, videographers, & entertainment).
Arrangements for all transportation services, including limousines, busses, and shuttles.

Ceremony & Reception
